Dual Image is a beautifully appointed, fully equipped 52 foot catamaran ideally suited to scenic cruising on idyllic Lake Wanaka New Zealand. Dual Image was used extensively for luxury power catamaran charter during the Americas Cup in Auckland, before being moved to a stunning new south island home at Lake Wanaka New Zealand, with new owners Simon and Danni Stewart.

The company is owned and operated by Simon and Danni Stewart, a kiwi couple with an amazing passion and enthusiasm for boating, who just love to share the incredible scenic beauty of Lake Wanaka New Zealand with the world!
Their vision for Lake Wanaka Cruises became a reality, after purchasing their 52ft power catamaran, Dual Image, following a period of power catamaran charter during the Americas Cup in Auckland.
The purchase of Dual Image realised a life long nautical dream for Simon and Danni, and inspired them to move their family to Wanaka New Zealand, to set up their power catamaran charter business using the beautifully appointed Dual Image.
Simon is a man with the sea in his blood. His passion for seafaring adventures has taken him on successful trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific voyages, and allowed him to develop extensive nautical experience within both New Zealand coastal and international waters.
With over 3000 hours of private boating, a coastal skippers ticket and a full night rating, you can be sure of a safe and enjoyable power catamaran charter experience on beautiful Lake Wanaka New Zealand with Simon at the helm!
Prior to moving to Wanaka New Zealand, Simon and Danni ran a 1600-acre farm and successful agricultural contracting business at Five Rivers in Southland. They have three sons and a daughter Dan, Sam, Nick and Heidi, who all enjoy crewing on Dual Image. |
